Celebrating Strong Homeowners

The Lopez Velasco family (pictured) of Modesto, CA have worked hard to save enough to buy their forever home.

After their realtor referred them to Self-Help, they worked with loan officer Uriel Lopez at our Modesto branch and soon after closed on a home. They’re now working on plans to remodel the fixer-upper they purchased into the home of their dreams.
